   Glance at the menu while you wait and decide, so you’re ready at the front. Unsure? A small or “a medium of whatever’s popular” is a safe pick.

   At the counter

   

   Say your drink, size, and any milk or options. They may ask your name for the cup.

   💬 “A medium latte, please.”

   Paying

   

   They’ll tell you the total; tap or insert your card, or pay cash. A tip screen may pop up — tipping is optional.

   Waiting for it

   

   Step to the side; they’ll call your name or the drink at the pickup area.

   Good to know: Didn’t catch it? “Was that the latte for [name]?” is a fine thing to ask.
