Returning something to a store

Bring what you need
Take the item and your receipt (paper or email). Returns are easiest within the store’s window — often 30 days.

At the counter
Go to customer service or any register and say you’d like to return something.
💬 “Hi, I’d like to return this, please — here’s my receipt.”

They may ask why
“It didn’t fit” or “I changed my mind” is enough. You don’t owe a long explanation.

Getting your money back
Refunds usually go to your original payment. If there’s a snag, calmly ask for options or a manager.
