Have your account or order details and the issue written down. Expect a menu or a short wait — that’s normal.

Explain calmly
State the problem and what you’d like to happen in a sentence or two. Calm and clear gets better help than upset.

If you’re stuck
It’s okay to ask for a supervisor or to repeat your issue. Asking for a reference number is smart.
